In the dystopian future of Northern Canada, black market doctor Gabriel Goode (Peter Stebbings), whose specialty is the regeneration of organs and limbs, is summoned to a water-mining colony to "heal" the daughter of a corrupt water exporter. This low-budget sci-fi thriller also stars Ingrid Veninger as Dr. Goode's patient, Clara; Clark Johnson as her corrupt father, Abe Fielder; and Charles Officer as the reticent son Charles.

Keira Knightley is steering clear of the kitchen this Christmas - because her cookery exploits usually end in tears.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star admits she is not a culinary expert, and can rarely rustle up a meal without creating a disaster.
Knightley insists she is always burning her dinner, or dropping dishes - but she's hoping someone will buy her a cookery book this year so she can improve her kitchen skills.
She says, "I am not the best cook in the world. I have tried, but I really am hopeless. I can cook maybe one dish. But even then, if you ate it, you'd probably end up with food poisoning. Recently, a friend explained how to make an eggplant bake. I brought it out of the oven in this beautiful bowl - and dropped it. It smashed all over the kitchen, and I burst into tears. Which is why I will ask Santa for some easy-to-understand cook books."

| The moment the Pope was knocked down |

The Pope was knocked down by a woman at the start of the service in St Peter's Basilica.
The woman, who is reported to be mentally unstable, jumped the security barriers as Benedict XVI entered the basilica, causing the pontiff to fall.
The Pope appeared to be unhurt and recovered to lead the Mass.
These pictures taken by a witness show the moment the incident happened.

As every song on the album deals with the agony and adventure of the word 'Love"....Hallucinations gives the hope that any dream, image or intuition can inspire a change in the way one can see the world around him....
This is only the first song....not indicative of the sound or direction we undertook on this album, or should i say journey....it is but one ingredient of the whole
I am thankful for this year to come....as it is the most creative I have ever been....and as well the most free

| Couple sues Gene Simmons over alleged assault |

LOS ANGELES -- A couple in Los Angeles is suing Gene Simmons, saying they were assaulted by the KISS bassist.
Nathan Marlowe and his wife Cynthia Manzo say Simmons attacked them, threatened them and took their video camera at The Grove mall on Saturday after they were filming him.
The complaint says Marlowe asked Simmons for his view on monogamy, and Simmons then told him to get his shot and leave.
The rocker then allegedly lunged at Marlowe, taking the video camera. He turned on Manzo, the couple says, when she tried to get the camera back.
The couple is seeking damages of more than $25,000 for civil claims of assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress.
The couple also sought a restraining order against Simmons on Wednesday, but that was denied.
Simmons has not been arrested and no charges have been filed.

Wizards say Arenas had firearms in lockerWashington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas stored unloaded firearms in a container in his locker, according to the team, and the NBA is looking into the situation. The Wizards issued a statement Thursday night saying there was no ammunition in the locked container, and Arenas and the team have notified authorities and the league. Officer Quintin Peterson, a spokesman for the Washington D.C. police department, said Thursday night there was no report of any active investigation involving Arenas. The team and the three-time All-Star "are cooperating fully with law enforcement during its review of this matter and will have no further comment at this time," according to the Wizards' statement. CBSSportsline.com first reported the investigation. Wizards spokesman Scott Hall wouldn't say when or where Arenas had the firearms in his locker. The NBA's collective bargaining agreement allows for players to legally possess firearms but prohibits them at league facilities or when traveling on any league-related business. "We're aware of the situation and are working to gain a full understanding of the facts and relevant legal issues," the NBA said in a release. Arenas scored 18 points in Washington's 109-97 victory at Milwaukee on Wednesday night. The 6-foot-4, 215-pound Arenas is averaging 22.2 points after being limited to 15 games during the past two seasons following three operations on his left knee over 1 1/2 years. Arenas, who turns 28 on Jan. 6 and is in the second season of an $111 million, six-year contract, is one of the NBA's most popular players, but the series of injuries has limited his time on the court. Nicknamed Agent Zero, he has a career average of 22.7 points over nine seasons in the NBA. Sauce
